If your cancellation request is submitted on time but we are unable to respond within 24 hours, we will still issue a full refund.
✅ Private Trip Cancellations:
For private and customized trips, cancellation requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled trip.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the trip are non-refundable.
📌 Important Notes:
Cancellations submitted after the deadline are not eligible for a refund.
Please ensure your cancellation request is submitted on time to avoid any financial loss.
